No, soon as our queens place an order we start the process of making your products.

We test our products on ourselves.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

Since we make your products fresh. Please allow 2-5 business days to process before shipping.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is shipped a tracking number will be provided to the email used at checkout.

 

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

If your order arrives damage please forward a picture of your damaged items to info@queenjaecosmetics.com .
Once your request is approved we will send you a replacement.

 

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN ?
